How do I sign up?

Choose a package on the Pricing page, sign up with an email code, and pay by UPI. Your plan opens once the payment is verified, usually within a few hours.

What if I have a partner's code?

Enter it at Join along with a little about your wedding. Our team calls within 24 hours to confirm your package and send a secure payment link.

Is there a free trial?

There's a read-only demo plan you can look around while your payment is being checked, so you can see the app before your own account opens.

How do I pay?

By UPI — scan the QR code or tap pay in your UPI app, then enter the 12-digit UTR from your payment. We verify it and your plan opens.

What is a UTR?

The Unique Transaction Reference — a 12-digit number your UPI app shows for every payment, usually under the transaction's details.

Is there a card or subscription?

No. There's no payment gateway and no card on file. You pay once by UPI for the validity period you choose, and extend it later the same way.

What's the difference between direct and partner price?

The direct price is for signing up yourself on the website. The partner price is lower, and applies when you come through one of our promoters' codes.

How long does payment verification take?

Usually a few hours — a real person checks your UTR and amount against the bank statement, not an automated instant check.

What if my payment is rejected?

We email you the reason, usually an amount or UTR mismatch, and reopen the pay screen so you can try again.

Do I get an invoice?

You get a payment receipt email with your reference, amount, date and UTR. It is not a tax invoice.

Can I add a function or plan later?

Yes — buy a +1 function, +1 plan or +30 days add-on any time from inside the app, at the same channel price as your account.

Who can see my budget?

Only you, and anyone you choose to share your plan with. Nobody else.

Can my partner or family use it too?

Yes — you can share your plan with people you choose. They see and add within the access you give them; you stay in control.

Can I export my data?

Yes, any time — your ledger as a CSV, your guest list as an Excel file, and a plan summary, all from inside the app.

Can I delete my data?

Yes — ask, and we remove it. We keep only what we must, for only as long as we must.

What happens when my plan expires?

We email you before the date. After it, your account turns read-only for a while — you can still view and export everything — before it is archived. Extending it brings it straight back.

Can I change my start or wedding date after I lock it?

The end date is locked once you confirm it, to keep validity honest. The wedding date stays editable within your plan's window. If you need the end date changed, contact us.

Is there a mobile app?

WedLedger is a phone-friendly web app you can add to your home screen like an app — no app store needed.

Does it work offline?

You need a connection to load and save your data; there's no offline mode.

Yes — gifts can be cash, gold, a bank transfer or an item, each tagged to the side it came through.
