How it works
Two ways in. No surprises either way.
Whether you sign up yourself or come through a partner, here is exactly what happens, step by step.
Signing up yourself
4 steps- 1
Choose a package
Pick Starter, Classic or Grand on the Pricing page.
- 2
Sign up with an email code
No password to remember upfront — we email you a 6-digit code to verify it’s really your address.
- 3
Pay by UPI
Scan the QR or tap pay in your UPI app, then enter the 12-digit UTR from your payment.
- 4
Your plan opens
We check the payment — usually within a few hours — and your account becomes active.
Coming through a partner code
6 steps- 1
Get a partner’s code
From their share link, or typed in at Join.
- 2
Tell us about your wedding
Your name, email, phone and the code — verified by an email code.
- 3
Our team calls you
Usually within 24 hours, to confirm your package.
- 4
We send a secure payment link
Pay by UPI, then enter the UTR — no account needed yet.
- 5
We verify your payment
We check it against the bank statement.
- 6
Your invite arrives
Set your password by email, and your plan opens with your package’s entitlements.
After you pay
What happens next.
We check it by hand
A real person compares your UTR and amount against the bank or UPI statement — usually within a few hours, not instantly.
You can look around meanwhile
While you wait, you can explore a read-only demo plan to see the app before your own account opens.
We email you either way
Verified, and your plan opens — or if something doesn’t match, we tell you why and let you try again.
Validity
How long your plan stays open.
You choose the dates
When your plan opens, you set a start date, your wedding date and an end date — within limits the package allows. Once confirmed, the end date is locked, so plans don't silently drift.
We remind you before it ends
You get emails in the lead-up to your end date, with a way to extend if you need more time.
Read-only, not gone
If your plan does expire, it turns read-only for a while — you can still view and export everything — before it is archived. Extending it brings it straight back.
